This Privacy Policy explains how the enterio mobile app ("enterio", "the app", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information. enterio lets you photograph or upload a room and generate AI-redesigned versions of it.
The app is provided by Maximilian Schöll, an individual based in Austria, acting as the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Postal address: Blumengasse 16/2, 7332 Oberpetersdorf, Austria. For any privacy question or request, contact: enterio.app@gmx.at.
You can delete any creation directly in the app at any time, which removes both the original photo and the generated image. To delete your entire account and all associated data, use "Delete my data" in the app's Settings — this permanently removes your account, your photos, and your generated images. You can also email enterio.app@gmx.at; we will action such requests without undue delay and within one month at the latest, as required by the GDPR. We retain data only where we are legally required to.

We do not use third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs. We do not track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell your data.
enterio asks for camera and photo-library permission only so you can take or choose a room photo, and for permission to save generated designs back to your photo library if you choose to. These permissions are used solely for those actions. You can change them anytime in your device settings.

Your uploaded photo is transmitted to the relevant provider to produce your result. fal.ai, OpenAI, and RevenueCat are based in the United States, so generating a result (or managing a subscription) can involve transferring data to the USA — for RevenueCat this is limited to your anonymous identifier and subscription status, never your photos. Supabase is incorporated in the United States but stores your data on EU-based servers (Frankfurt). Where data is processed or transferred outside the EU, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (and, where the provider is certified, the EU–US Data Privacy Framework).
Under their API terms, fal.ai and OpenAI do not use images submitted through the service to train their AI models.
Before your first image is transmitted to a third-party AI provider, the app asks for your explicit consent.
Your uploaded photos and generated images are stored so they remain available in your gallery, until you delete them or request deletion of your data. Deleting an item in the app removes both the stored original and the generated result. Hashed-IP and usage-count records are short-lived and used only for rate-limiting windows.

You can delete your account and all data directly in the app (Settings → "Delete my data"). To exercise any other right, email enterio.app@gmx.at. Because accounts are anonymous, please send your request from the device in question or include information that lets us identify your data so we can action it.
We protect your data with industry-standard measures: all traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), your photos are kept in private storage that is not publicly accessible and is reachable only through short-lived signed links, and access to the database is restricted so each user can only reach their own data. No method of transmission or storage is ever 100% secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of any breach as required by law.
enterio is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact enterio.app@gmx.at and we will remove it.
enterio generates images using the following third-party AI providers. Your uploaded room photo and your prompt are sent to the relevant provider only to produce your result:
Under these providers' API terms, your images and prompts are not used to train their AI models. Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms.
Images generated by enterio are created using artificial intelligence and are marked as AI-created within the app, in line with the EU AI Act (Article 50).
enterio is free to use within its limits and offers an optional paid plan (enterio Pro). Subscription payments are processed by Apple (App Store) under Apple's privacy policy; enterio does not receive or store your payment-card details. Our subscription-management provider RevenueCat processes your anonymous account identifier and subscription status to activate your plan (see section 3).
We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
This Privacy Policy is available in German and English. For German-speaking users the German version prevails; for all others, the English version.
